Return Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

At Cliqon, we currently support size exchanges and replacements for damaged or defective products only.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds, color changes, or general product exchanges under any circumstances.


Exchange Request Window

If your item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Exchange Conditions & Process

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order
  • The product must be self-shipped by the customer within 24–48 hours of delivery (to maintain hygiene standards)
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact

Once we receive the product:

  • It will go through a quality inspection
  • If approved, the exchange will be processed
  • If rejected, the same item will be sent back to you, and shipping costs will be your responsibility

Size Not Available?

If your requested size is unavailable:

  • A store credit voucher will be issued instead
  • Validity: 12 months from issue date
  • Usable only on Cliqon website

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery
  • After verification, a replacement of the same product will be shipped

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Free-size products
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, or loungewear (hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The product remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse
  • If we do not receive the return, it will be treated as not returned
  • No refunds will be issued in any case

When Exchange Requests May Be Rejected

Cliqon reserves the right to decline exchange requests in cases such as:

  • Request submitted after the allowed timeframe
  • Item not purchased from Cliqon
  • Product falls under non-exchangeable categories
  • Return sent without prior approval
  • Item shows signs of usage, stains, or damage (perfume, makeup, washing, etc.)
  • Improper packaging (e.g., tape or damage directly on product)

What Does NOT Count as a Defect

The following situations are not considered valid reasons for exchange:

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen variations
  • Minor design or print differences
  • Size variation within ±3 cm
  • Loose threads, wrinkles, or minor finishing imperfections
  • Damage caused during trial
  • Personal dislike or change of preference
  • Size unavailability at the time of purchase
